    Did not have a good experience in the slightest. To sum it up, they showed us a townhouse that included a dishwasher and larger spaces. Fast forward to before we move in and after we signed our lease, they show us the actual place we were renting. It had no dishwasher, no big basement, and smaller doorways upstairs. And on top of the bait and switch, they tried to charge us for damages that weren't even ours! The pictures they sent us as "proof" weren't even our apartment. Word to the wise, stay away.

    This high school is surprisingly good curriculum-wise and has many great teachers. I've never seen eye to eye with their administration, but not in a memorable way. They've started to impose major specialization for entering students which seems way too extreme of a choice for a teenager to make at that point in their life.

    The rentals are overpriced for what they are plus you have to pay a huge security deposit which you most likely won’t get back even half of it. Make sure you do a walk through with the realtor before you move in. Point out every single little thing that is damaged or missing and take pictures. You will get charged otherwise even if the damage is not done by you! The realtors are living in the 20th century you can’t even get a hold of them via email and they are only open for about 6 hours for 4 of the weekdays and on top of that they take a 2 hour lunch every day. They are extremely unorganized and when paying the final bills for the unit they tried to take a bill which was paid already out of the security deposit. It is not worth the trouble to deal with them!!
